Tyler J. Wilson

Tyler focuses his practice on commercial and general litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in litigation, negotiations, and mediation. He has experience conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions and legal memoranda, preparing for trial, and representing clients at depositions.

Tyler brings a well-rounded perspective and a thoughtful approach to his practice as a litigator. Drawing on his background working in his family’s restaurant business, he has firsthand knowledge of the legal challenges that small business owners can face. In his work at prior law firms, Tyler gained valuable experience representing clients in commercial and construction litigation, medical malpractice claims, and contract disputes.

While in law school, Tyler was as a summer associate assisting clients with corporate transactions. He participated in the non-profit Community Economic Development Clinic at Albany Law School and spent time as a summer associate working on criminal cases at the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office.
