Timothy P. Johnson

For many attorneys, the law is a profession. For Tim, it has been a calling. While most boys dream of being athletes or firefighters, Tim knew he was going to be a lawyer as early as middle school.

​Tim knows banking inside and out. Having been a corporate officer and in-house counsel for three area banks has given him first-hand knowledge about how to solve problems for both financial institutions and their clients. He has deep experience in secured commercial lending, real estate and commercial loans, tax liens, loan structuring, bankruptcies, foreclosures, and regulatory compliance. In addition to these purely “legal” issues, Tim has also helped clients evaluate the nuances of risk and helped them avoid the expense and publicity of litigation.
