We are pleased to announce that Edward D. Passero has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group.
Edward represents businesses, organizations, and individuals in litigation, negotiation, and mediation. Prior to joining U&K, he was an Appellate Court attorney for two years at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division Fourth Department, where he conducted legal research, drafted motions, and prepared preliminary reports on civil, criminal, and family law cases. Edward excels at legal analysis, preparing clear and concise briefs, and uncovering errors that other trial attorneys may have overlooked.
Edward earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Ithaca College and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
