Josh Beisker has been named the Estates & Trusts practice group chair at Underberg & Kessler LLP.
Josh focuses his practice in the areas of complex estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and tax law. He assists clients in developing effective estate planning strategies to be both tax efficient and to protect clients’ assets. He also counsels clients on business law matters, including succession and tax planning.
