She has broad experience representing commercial lenders, owners, developers, and businesses in all aspects of acquisitions, sales, construction, development, and lease negotiations. Kate is a cum laude graduate of Union University at Albany Law School and a magna cum laude graduate of Bucknell University, where she earned her B.S.
