He focuses his practice in commercial and residential real estate, mortgage banking, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Pat is past president and an Executive Board member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Genesee Region, an Executive Board member of Bishop Sheen Ecumenical Housing Foundation, and immediate past Chair of the Monroe County Bar Association Real Estate Section.
