CORPORATE PARALEGAL

Underberg & Kessler LLP has an opening for a Corporate Paralegal in its Rochester, NY office.
Candidates applying should have a minimum of two years of direct corporate paralegal experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm/professional services environment, knowledgeable with formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, preparation of corporate governance documents, a knowledge of M&A transactions, and a willingness and ability to engage in direct conversations with a multitude of different stakeholders, both within and outside of the Firm. The ideal candidate is an individual who prioritizes effectively in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and appropriate decision-making skills.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 and will be determined based on prior relevant experience.
