CORPORATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
This position reports to our Rochester, NY location
We are seeking an Associate to join our Corporate & Business Practice Group. This position will be responsible for handling general corporate legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, governance and compliance issues, and other business transactions.
Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State with a minimum of two years of related experience, possess strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills, and be motivated self-starters who take ownership of their projects. Salary is commensurate with experience and skillset, ranging between $95,000-$150,000.
