Helen has firsthand experience of the corporate world, having worked her way up through the Legal Department at Frontier Corporation (now Level 3 Communications), moving to operations and eventually becoming responsible for the company’s billing operations globally. Today, she brings that same drive and corporate experience to general business, corporate and health care law. She has experience in all forms of business transactions, from the simplest procurement contract to the mergers and acquisitions of private and public companies, to domestic and international joint ventures. Our corporate clients benefit tremendously from her unique perspective as both an in-house lawyer and operations executive.
Helen began her legal career as the title officer in the Rochester branch of TICOR Title Insurance Company (now Chicago Title), and handled a wide variety of real estate transactions, which she continues today.

PROFESSIONAL & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Helen is active in the community. She serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Rochester and Secretary of its Executive Committee. She is also the Chair of the YMCA's Governance Committee. Helen serves on the Board of Trustees of Geva Theatre and Secretary of the Executive Committee. Additionally, she serves as Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of Finger Lakes Opera, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Avon Free Library. Helen is a member of the Avon Rotary Club's Board of Trustees, is a legal resource to the Rotary District 7120, and is also the member-at-large of the District's Harassment Committee.
