Anna's clients face challenges that require current knowledge of health care law and a sophisticated understanding of its many legal gray areas. A respected advisor to the medical community, she counsels her clients on a daily basis as they navigate the constantly evolving changes in health care law. It doesn't matter if the issue is big or small; if it's important to her client, it's important to Anna. Her philosophy? To paraphrase Martin Luther King, Jr.: the true measure of a person is not where she stands in good times, but where she stands in times of challenge. Dedication, honesty and the ability to make tough calls−these are just a few reasons why our health care clients call on Anna.
As a member of our Health Care and Corporate & Business Practice Groups, Anna represents hospitals, long-term care providers, physicians and other providers throughout the Upstate New York region. She gives advice and counsel on risk management and patient care, professional discipline, and state and federal regulatory compliance, and contractual matters. Her ultimate goal is to create success for each client so that they can provide their services more effectively and with a minimum of risk.
