Jessie is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Health Care Practice Groups, and focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation, medical malpractice defense and health care law.

Ella will focus her practice in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial lending, and bank regulatory work.  Prior to joining Underberg & Kessler, Ella was General Counsel for Farm Credit East, a lender to the agricultural industry and rural homeowners.

Ella earned her B.A. from the University of Rochester, and her J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School.
