Over the years, we’ve realized that being close by enhances our relationship with our clients. So we maintain offices around the area so that you can stop in, pull up a chair and talk. Like they did in the old days. And still do in any firm worth its salt.

Validated parking is provided to clients at the Court Street Garage. If the “Full – Monthly Passes Only” sign is displayed, proceed to the ticket gate and press the call button for assistance. Tell the attendant you are a client visiting Underberg & Kessler, and the attendant will then locate a parking space for you. 

There is indoor access from the garage directly into Bausch & Lomb Place. Once in the lobby of the building, take the elevators to the 3rd floor to reach our offices.

From the South: Take 390 N to 490 E to the South Avenue exit. Follow the signs to Clinton Avenue. At the second light, turn LEFT onto Court Street, then make a RIGHT into the Court Street Parking Garage.

From the East: Take I-90 W to Exit 45 (Rochester) to 490 W. Take 490 W to Exit 16 (Clinton Avenue). At the second light, turn LEFT onto Court Street, then make a RIGHT into the Court Street Parking Garage.

From the West: Take 490 E to the South Avenue exit. Follow the signs to Clinton Avenue. At the second light, turn LEFT onto Court Street, then make a RIGHT into the Court Street Parking Garage.

Validated parking is provided to clients at the Key Center Garage. This underground parking ramp can be accessed via Pearl Street, and provides indoor access from the garage directly into the Key Center building. Once parked in a non-reserved space, follow the signs to the Key Tower elevator, which will take you to the building lobby. When you reach the lobby level, you must sign in with the security guard and then take an adjacent elevator to our offices on the 3rd floor. Please be sure to bring your parking ticket with you to our offices for validation.

Additional parking is available on the street and in the Auspurger ramp located on Pearl Street, directly across the street from Key Center. The Auspurger ramp has direct access to Key Center via a covered, climate-controlled walkway over Pearl Street.

From the East: Take I-90 W to 33 W. The expressway will end, placing you on Goodell Street W. Bear LEFT onto Pearl Street (5 W). Fountain Plaza and the parking garage are three blocks down on the LEFT.

From the South and West: Take I-90 E to 190 N. Exit onto Niagara Street and turn RIGHT (heading south). Turn LEFT after the blinking light onto West Huron Street. Follow West Huron to Franklin Street. Turn LEFT onto Franklin Street. Turn RIGHT onto Chippewa Street. Turn RIGHT onto Pearl Street. Fountain Plaza and the parking garage will be on your immediate LEFT.

From the North: Follow I-90 S to Niagara Street exit and turn RIGHT (heading south). Turn LEFT after the blinking light onto West Huron Street. Turn LEFT onto Franklin Street. Turn RIGHT onto Chippewa Street. Turn RIGHT onto Pearl Street. Fountain Plaza and the parking garage will be on your immediate LEFT.

From the North: Take I-90 E to Exit 44 (Rt. 332) toward Canandaigua. Merge onto 332 and proceed south to Canandaigua (approx. 8.5 miles). Turn LEFT onto Ontario Street (the Ontario County Courthouse is on the corner). Turn LEFT onto Sly Street. From the East and West: Take Routes 5&20 toward Canandaigua. Turn NORTH onto Rt. 332 (Main Street). Cross the railroad tracks and turn RIGHT onto Ontario Street (the Ontario County Courthouse is on the corner). Turn LEFT onto Sly Street. We are located in the second house on the right, and the entrance to the parking lot is immediately before our offices at 23 Sly Street.

From the South: Take 86/17 to the Kanona exit (Rt. 53). Follow 53 N through Prattsburg and Naples, and continue onto 21 N. Turn RIGHT onto Routes 5&20 E. Turn LEFT onto Rt. 332 (Main Street). Cross the railroad tracks and turn RIGHT onto Ontario Street (the Ontario County Courthouse is on the corner). Turn LEFT onto Sly Street. From Rt. 390N: Take Exit 2 (Cohocton). Turn RIGHT onto Loon Lake Road. Follow to the end and turn RIGHT onto Rt. 415/Maple Avenue. Turn LEFT onto Rt. 371/N. Main Street. Continue onto 371 and follow to Rt. 21. Turn RIGHT onto Routes 5&20 E. Turn LEFT onto Rt. 332 (Main Street).
