We are seeking a mid-level to senior corporate attorney, with a solid book of business, to join the Corporate Practice Group in our Buffalo office. Experience in M&A, commercial, and general corporate transactional work is required. The successful candidate is highly motivated; exercises sound business and legal judgment; possesses superb written and verbal communication skills; effectively manages client relationships; has good business development experience; and values and thrives in a team-based environment.
