We are seeking a commercial real estate attorney to join our Rochester office. This position requires significant knowledge of real estate and economic development transactions.  Experience with municipal finance, HUD transactions and/or tax credit deals a plus.  The ideal candidate must be admitted in NY and have 3+ years of real estate and transactional experience.  Desired competencies include: accurate drafting of legal documents; excellent written and verbal communication skills; good business development skills; and the ability to interact positively with other members of the team. We are seeking a residential real estate attorney to join our Rochester office.
