Associate Attorney

We are seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our Corporate Practice Group in our Rochester, NY office.  Candidates should have a working knowledge of corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, governance and compliance issues, and the ability to assist in the formation of both profit and non-profit corporations, including the preparation and negotiation of commitment letters, commercial loan documents, and the review of due diligence items.  Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State, be highly motivated, comfortable meeting with clients and developing business, and have strong research and computer skills.

Commercial Lending Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced commercial lending paralegal for our Rochester, NY office.  The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of loan document drafting and due diligence review for transactional closings.  A minimum of three years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills are required.
