Exceptional opportunity with highly respected mid-size law firm for organized and skilled Operations Manager. Responsibilities include oversight of human resources, information technology, compliance and facilities management. The successful candidate will have business acumen, communication and listening skills, a capacity to develop others, a teamwork approach, and the ability to oversee multiple functions and meet strict deadlines.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Human Resources – recruiting, onboarding, benefits management, orchestrating annual reviews, enforcing Firm policies, and handling employee issues
- IT Department – managing IT staff, budgeting, infrastructure, replacing IT equipment and systems, vendor management, and training
- Compliance – monitoring compliance and internal controls including processes for management of operations risk, complying with regulatory standards, and developing/enforcing policies for best practices and organizational efficiencies
- Facilities – managing the Firm’s four offices
Ideal candidates must have at least five years of related work experience. BA/BS required.
