After more than 40 years of practice, Mark has a lifetime of experience. He has built a rewarding career that combines legal acumen with a commitment to helping people. A second-generation attorney, Mark learned from his father that great lawyers are not courtroom superstars like Perry Mason. They are trusted counselors who truly enjoy taking care of their clients.
Whether he is negotiating a business transaction or setting up a trust, Mark helps his clients navigate the details and remain focused. He understands that most business owners are multi-taskers who face numerous pressures. Add to that complex legal issues and it’s easy to get sidetracked. He identifies the issues that are most important for his clients, and then determines the most efficient and cost-effective course to ensure his clients achieve their goals.
PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
In addition to his legal practice, Mark is very active in a number of non-profit organizations. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Governance Committee of Rochester/Monroe County Homeless Continuum of Care, Inc. He is also a Board Member for the Rush Corporation and NCS Community Development Corporation.
