David’s extensive negotiation and litigation experience makes him a versatile and compelling client advocate. His broad experience in complex civil litigation matters and a deep insight into the court system has returned great results for our clients.
Since prosecuting crimes in the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office, David has successfully represented a wide range of health care, municipal, and business clients. In addition, David applies his prosecutorial experience in representing individuals in criminal and civil tax matters. His ability to think quickly, reason sharply, argue persuasively, and effectively try cases in front of a jury demonstrates his grace under pressure and serves our clients well.
David has held clerkships with the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the New York State Attorney Grievance Committee of the Seventh Judicial District.
Professional and Community Involvement
David enjoys serving the community as a member of the Advisory Board of Directors for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. He is also a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.
