The Barrett Firm has merged with the law firm of Underberg & Kessler LLP, and John W. “Josh” Barrett, Jr. is now an attorney in Underberg & Kessler’s Newark office.

Josh Barrett is a senior counsel attorney in the firm’s Real Estate and Estates & Trusts Practice Groups, and brings more than 35 years of experience representing clients in the Wayne County area in residential and commercial real estate, trusts and estates, personal injury and business matters. He earned his B.A. degree from Siena College and his J.D. from Albany Law School.
