Underberg & Kessler LLP

Civil litigator. Change agent. Colin Ramsey believes that lawyers have the unique ability to change the world we live in. Drafting or challenging sweeping legislation. Developing strategies that resolve conflicts. Implementing legal outcomes that improve clients' businesses and their lives. Whether it is a routine matter or a highly visible case, Colin believes that every legal challenge presents an opportunity to effect positive change.

An attorney experienced in insurance law and business torts, Colin creates legal victories for our clients in many areas of civil litigation, including construction law, premises liability, and commercial disputes. His approach to clients is one of open, constant communication, where he puts himself in their shoes to clearly understand their goals. An avid sports fan, he plays both offense and defense, developing not only strategies that lead to positive outcomes, but making sure clients are protected in the event of a worst-case scenario.

Colin received his B.A. degree from Hamilton College, and his J.D. degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.  Colin is also a member of Working for Downtown, which focuses on revitalizing downtown Buffalo.
